Shipping Within India
We deliver orders across India to serviceable PIN codes through reliable courier and logistics partners.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free for orders of INR 1,500 or more after coupon discounts.
- For orders below INR 1,500, a standard shipping rate is not currently available. Please contact Craftindo before ordering; checkout may show no available shipping method.
- Delivery availability may vary depending on the PIN code and courier serviceability.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7–15 working days.
- Handmade, made-to-order, or specially prepared products may require additional processing time.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you may receive order-related notifications such as:
- Order confirmation by email
- Order confirmation by SMS/WhatsApp, where applicable
- Shipping confirmation with tracking details and invoice once the order is dispatched
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders generally take approximately 5–7 working days to reach the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- PIN code serviceability
- Courier operations
- Weather conditions
- Festivals and public holidays
- Transportation delays
- Natural calamities
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time.
Tracking Your Order

Customers can use the tracking information to check the current status of their shipment.
Courier & Delivery Partners
Craftindo works with reliable courier and logistics companies for order delivery.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control may occur. While Craftindo cannot guarantee a particular delivery date after dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the shipping partner and assist you in case of a significant delay.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time.
The estimated delivery time for customized products may be 4–6 weeks, depending on the product, customization requirements, production schedule, and order volume.
Delivery may take longer in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Heavy rains or floods
- Earthquakes or other natural calamities
- Transportation disruptions
- Strikes
- Public holidays
- Courier or logistics disruptions
- Other unforeseen operational challenges
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
Doorstep Delivery
Our standard delivery service is intended to provide doorstep delivery, subject to the facilities and conditions available at the delivery location.
For heavy or bulky products, delivery to higher floors may not be possible if a suitable service lift is unavailable.
In such situations, the customer may be required to arrange suitable assistance or labour for carrying the product from the delivery point to the required floor.
Any such additional labour or handling arrangements, where required, will be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing with Craftindo.
Correct Address & Contact Details
Please make sure that your shipping address, PIN code, email address, and phone number are correct when placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or the shipment being returned to the sender.
If you expect to be unavailable at the provided phone number or delivery address for an extended period, please inform us in advance so that we can try to coordinate the delivery accordingly.
Craftindo will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts depending on their delivery procedures.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact the customer using the registered contact details.
Customers are requested to cooperate with the delivery partner to ensure successful delivery.
Secure Delivery
Craftindo reserves the right to restrict or cancel delivery to an address where we reasonably believe that delivery cannot be completed safely or securely.
In rare circumstances, orders may be delivered outside the estimated delivery window due to unavoidable circumstances.
International Shipping
Shipping to the United States and destinations covered by our Europe checkout zone is charged at INR 3,000 per item. For example, one item costs INR 3,000 to ship and two items cost INR 6,000. The applicable shipping total is shown at checkout.
Availability remains subject to courier serviceability and applicable shipping regulations. For destinations outside these zones, please contact Craftindo before ordering; no standard checkout shipping method is currently configured.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
